Pros

Very competitive pay, generous PTO after a few years of service, company match up to 4%, national brand is always easier to sell, most stores have good traffic on a regular basis.

Cons

exhausting hours, managers are expected to live at their stores, you might earn PTO but good luck taking it. Staffing is a nightmare can't keep people year over year.

Pros

401k, fair insurance premium costs, discounts.

Cons

No guarantee of vacation, unable to cash in, constantly harrassed by not upselling when it's not needed, you're treated like a slave, senior management doesn't work with you they work against you, literally being threatened with your employment constantly, senior management will belittle you in front of your peers, scare tactics are heavily used, senior management doesn't want you to succeed, unethical actions made by senior management, extremely long hours, bonus programs consistently change.
