Iconic Brand, lackluster culture

Pros

- Opportunity to work on a global scale - Amazing brand recognition - Highly delineated roles/responsibilities

Cons

- Mark Stewart is only focused on the share price and will eventually destroy the value the brand currently has - Director level leaders are afraid of pushing anything in the business for fear of their image or politics which leads to quite a bit of stagnation and alienation within teams - HR quite frankly, is a bunch of "Mean Girls" that use their titles to improve their self esteem instead of being leaders. If you weren't a popular girl in high school, good luck with this group. - Diversity is not a strategy but a marketing angle.
