      Big brand easy to market to consumers, fair base pay structure, good benefits, employee match 401k

      Cons

      Move slow to market, often last to open new locations, buildings age and they expect local store managers to fix them up, bonus program is ineffective unless you take a losing store the prior year, no reward for consistent growth or beating AOP.

      Goodyear is going through a digital transformation, so there exists a handful of legacy systems which need to be worked on to be modernized. There are tons of opportunities to grow technically by working on these systems and integrations.

      Cons

      The corporate culture kills innovation. Senior Leadership has become bean counters, often worrying about cutting costs, rather than experimenting with new market opportunities.
