      Pros

      401K, health benefits, stable place to work, and challenging job tasks. I would only recommend someone work here if they are okay being in the same job and/or not getting promoted often.

      Cons

      Work life balance is lacking. Some people travel often and for weeks at a time (depends on the department). People are not treated equally. I do not feel they value their good employees.

      Pros

      Learning the skills to advance was awesome and so were the people I worked with. Some funny people can really make the job

      Cons

      Low pay for working your @ss off and everything you touch and work around causes cancer. Shouldn't have spent a degree on this.

      Pros

      From an hourly bargaining unit employee perspective. Pay and benefits are good. I like the 12 hour shifts, a fair amount of vacation time. Lots good people to work with.

      Cons

      Can be a hot, dirty, and unsafe environment. If you join the hourly ranks and are looking to move up here forget it.
