Pros

Average pay and benefits. Great office building at the headquarters. Covered parking for the northeast Ohio winters. That’s where it ends.

Cons

This place is like a shark tank for baby boomers. If you really want to experience a great company culture that can compete in today’s business climate, stay away. You will be sadly disappointed if you have those expectations.

Pros

Opportunity to move around was very nice. Pay was above average for lower to mid level jobs

Cons

Big gap between bonus and non-bonus eligible people. We are talking one level up into Bonus-Land is not 5-10%, were talking 30% or more. It is insane the perks of being in the bonus club. Also, one non record setting quarter and the sky begins to fall and layoffs begin.
