Pay is competitive but if you take into account how many hours you work, the salary isn't worth it. Benefits are decent but could be better with a company this size.

Cons

Good ol boy leadership continues to sink the commercial side. Poor decisions made by leadership is taken out on field employees who are barely treading water. Fear, intimidation and lack of support is the culture, they do not care if employees are happy. Their motto is sink or swim. Training is non existent.
