People were nice. The HQ facility is very nice.

I am not sure where to begin. This is a company that wants to do business like it’s 1980 vs 2024. The ability of senior leadership to cast a true vision is poor. Even at the director level you have “Tire Guys” that have been in the business over 35 years, but have no idea how to look at data and make fact base decisions. Projections of sales and growth are modify to meet the narrative that senior leadership wants vs working through the challenge and creating a better solution. The Copper acquisition was a very bad idea, has led to no value creation and has completely eroded shareholder value.

Manager activated find my iPhone on the work phone and refused to disable it even after hours. The system they used internally is extremely outdated.

After many months of being committed to the Consumer Sales Development Program, they cancelled it 2 weeks before we were supposed to start. The phone call was around 1 minute long and that was the last we heard. The lack of care for their employees is astonishing.
