Pros
Teams are full of great people. On site work is rewarding. World class headquarters. Engaging work. They do value being a good, honest, and safe company.
Cons
It's easy to get burnt out with long trips away from home. Compensation is competitive at first but does not stay near market value. Upper management jumps back and forth with their decisions. You will never hear why they make such decisions unless it's only good news. They can be dismissive making them mostly unapproachable and secretive. There is almost no company culture. It's not a fun office. If you stay for 5 years you might get a pin or a Keychain at 10 years. It's more insulting than if they did nothing at all.
