      None that are above a minimum expectation for a company this size.

      Cons

      The CPO has a history of targeting people. No one in her organization is safe. If you’re thinking of joining global procurement, don’t. Other departments in Goodyear might be great. But don’t subject yourself to the petty, insecure leadership in Procurement. It’s not worth it.

      Medical insurance ,401K and pay always on time. Holiday and vacation pay

      Human resources lack fairness of employee and will discriminate based on what the managment needs to protect the company. They also practice unfair descrmination and will completely try to determinate a employee based on a situation in order to terminate the employee.

      Where to begin? The company is run by a bunch of idiots. Technology is so far behind it’s almost impossible to do your job. Let’s not forget the awful product you are selling at a top tier price! Goodyear is running on fumes
