Business Outlook
Pros
Good hourly wage, plus commissions. Good co-workers. 3 of the 4 managers that I worked under were excellent; the 4th, while good with customers, wasn't so great with employees. Employee discounts were very good. A very good product to sell, both in the Goodyear and Dunlop lines.
Cons
Corporate, at times, seemed to be out of touch with what really was happening, in the day-to-day operations, but still better than some other places I've experienced.
