Free uniforms Use of a company vehicle. Company supply's safety gear and training.
Cons
Hours are lousy with 24 hours on call and are expected to work dangerously tired. Management refuses to listen to employees. Management is quick to blame and have anger issues. Management tries to push out employees who they do not like. The quality of the recap tires is dangerously bad. Management like to clamp down on overtime and send you out on a big job 40 unit fleet check by yourself and expect it done within an hour.
