Difficult to get fired, but this also means you work with people with little or no work ethic.

Cons

Treat employees like trash. Human Resources is useless, you call to voice a problem and they blow you off or tell you to contact your district manager. Many managers are terrible at sales, making it difficult for technicians to make a decent paycheck, but it gets covered up by high tire sales which employees do not benefit from. Managers get incentives for selling tires and other services, but everyone else in the shop receive absolutely nothing for all the hard work they do. Healthcare is expensive!! Over $400 per month for a family of 3 ! Employee prices are the same as many of the coupon prices customers get, how is that fair? I know many employees that get their work done elsewhere!

Offer Flex time, great people and lots of growth. It seems to be a great company so far.

Cons

Hard to change processes. I am new so don't have very many cons.
