Overly Detailed/Data Driven - A culture that rewards trivial knowledge Work Life Balance is Lip Service - Leaving at 5pm means you are a slacker Diversity is non-existent especially in leadership Internal Focus - Efforts have been made to bring outsiders into the company but the culture is so traditional and anti-progressive, progressive ideas meet far too much resistance to gain traction.
