The company really cares about its employees and makes it known through pay and benefits, and how it treats employees. Leadership is always trying to improve processes and making it a great place to work, and is always extremely open to feedback on any aspect of the company culture. The work is very interesting and varied, and people get a lot of flexibility in what they decide to work on. There are so many experts who are knowledgeable at whatever it is they do and who are always willing to share their knowledge with others, making it an amazing place to learn and grow.
