Pros

If you are in the right place, it all works great.

Cons

If you are in the wrong team it is a struggle. The political set up is such that you need the seniors to help you move up. You need to be good, and also be a "good boy". Depending on the group, sometimes, you can be a nothing and still expect to get rewarded, though I hope what I saw happen is an exception. Trying to challenge and work your way up is very very hard. You need to be very lucky.
