      Pros

      The people are great! I always feel like I'm building towards something. The company is always growing there is always something new.

      Cons

      There is A LOT to be done. There is a lot of work and the rules are always changing. Which can be fun but it does keep you on your toes. Long work hours some days and very few others so it can be inconsistent].

      Leadership. Structure. Turnover. All is terrible. There is too much growth and not enough people working. Zero work life balance.
