      Pros

      Remote work from home. Nobody breathing down your neck. Flexible hours and they provide the equipment. Days go fast because you talk to a lot of people

      Cons

      The first you take in the morning can the worst call of the day, and the last call you take can be the worst call of the day. They treat their drivers horribly, and provide them no solutions to problems.

      The people you work with make it worth it. Working full time is also nice

      Cons

      Employees opinions don’t matter. GMs will take hours if your opinion differs. No lunch breaks. That pay is okay No moving up within this company as they constantly only hire outside hires. Even if they’ve had people there for years wanting the position.
