decent in the beginning. all the company cares about is making more money while lowballing people

Cons

There was just no support from any end. I can't speak for other departments however, every major decision was bottlenecked. chaos daily with policies and procedures changing depending on who you spoke to. Somebody called OSHA because the working conditions were unsafe in a department. unrealistic expectations while being overworked. you will definitely get the start up, hustle over work vibe there.

Job titles can sound appealing but are often misleading in the real job market. Free expired snacks and melted, freezer burn ice cream Some managers can help you grow

Cons

Upper management will request you do a lot of illegal activities. "Don't look at ID's for smoking products" (months later) "No do look at ID's" to make their investors or whoever happy. Hiring drivers is a nightmare, human resource is slow (two months long) in approving new drivers Don't count on your bonus or actually getting paid correctly (payroll is a mess) Don't expect to get more than 4 hours or sleep. Salary pay isn't actually salary All managers still drive just as much as if they were still drivers. The pay scale doesn't match how much wear and tear happens to your vehicle. Communication is awful and what upper management considers promotion-worthy is more like, "Hey this person will go into debt for us. This is a swell individual!"
