      Pros

      Positive laidback work environment, lots of laughs. Drivers are fun to be around and have good conversation once you get to know them. The management team is easygoing and fun especially on night shift. Everyone works together well for the most part and people are held accountable. Opportunity to advance from driver to operations manager as long as you’re dedicated and work well with everyone. Lots of snacks provided. Discount on purchases. Flexible scheduling (self scheduling)

      Cons

      Can be very fast paced and sometimes being short staffed can make the shift really difficult as far as the number of orders being packed and delivered are concerned.

      Pros

      Amazing company. Fast-paced and definitely for people who love to hustle. Exactly what I was looking for and the amazing office culture is an added plus.

      Definitely for those that love fast paced and ever changing environments.

      Pros

      goPuff's collaborative start up culture and value-driven environment make it a unique and truly rewarding workplace. The executive team makes an effort to make all employee's feel like an integral part of the "family". goPuff also has a great open atmosphere and a lot of room for growth for every employee at any capacity.

      Cons

      Its a start up so the environment isn't for everyone. I wouldn't necessarily consider this a con though. Instead, its just something to be aware of if you are uncomfortable with autonomy, accountability, and responsibility.
