Pros

Immediately I would tell you to never work here. On call 24/7 and 365 a year.... Upper Management is terrible, and people who become upper management are the "favorites" There are a lot of people in a position they truly do not belong in. You have any issues..........enjoy figuring out them yourself. Too many rounds of lay offs. And the severance package is garbage. Our CEOs are two frat boys who don't even know you exist. They are more focused on having Instagram influencers and tiktokers doing a dance, than to spend that money on marketing your site to the neighbor hood you're in. So the company sets up a brand new site (which you will do all alone, the launch team does not help) and they don't send any info to the neighbors in your delivery zone. Instead we have to go out on foot to deliver flyers....which end up in the garbage. As a SL you are not in control of who the company hires for you, you randomly get employees given to you. Overall, hard pass on this company. Do your self a favor.

Pros

Most part, you had a big team to work with. Management was very supportive to the best that they can be. Pretty flexible with your schedule.

Cons

Pay (here in the Chicago, the minimum wage went up. For anyone that got their raise before the wage went up, it was taken away right after the wage increase). Workload was terrible (shipments would continue to increase even though there wasn’t enough workers on site or enough room in our warehouse). Lack of communication from HQ (questions regarding shipments/products/general questions were left unanswered or delayed for weeks on end).

Pros

VERY easy you just sit and wait for orders to deliver, and deliver them. You can make your own schedule. There is a subsidy given to the drivers to ensure they make minimum wage during slow periods.

Cons

Earning potential has gone down. Having to fight for shifts SUCKS! This was once the best kept secret of the gig economy apps but now they are over saturated with drivers, there is an imbalance of warehouse workers to drivers, and there is no way to communicate to ANYONE at the warehouse or otherwise if you are having issues with your delivery.
