The job was easy to do. Kinda fun some days with the right coworkers around.

Cons

It was a hot mess. Idk if that’s warehouse work or just GoPuff - but things constantly changed - including pay and responsibilities - but none of the changes were typically beneficial to the employee

I have had a lot of growth within GoPuff since I started with them. I was able to go from a driver to a site leader with the company within 3yrs.

Cons

Not a lot of support from management is provided, or training in a timely manner; it consists of a lot of trial and error, or on-the-job training. The pay for the other employees is very low so retention is very difficult, and the recruitment team struggles to keep up with the constant need for more Operations Associates.
