The hiring process is simple. It's easy to get a job at goPuff.

Cons

It's a great little part time job if you want to do deliveries and make extra cash. Advancement beyond driver is a big mistake as the expectations placed on you will far outweigh the merger hourly wage.

You meet alot of great people... under the higher ups

Cons

No culture, all about the favorites. Higher ups are full of fakes who are inexperienced know it alls. Long hours not enough pay, the guys who work their butts off get blamed for the lack of organization of the company.

-Fresh, innovative staff (great source of new friendships) -Fast-paced and fun culture -Great salary for GM position based on location of territory -Clear path of promotion/growth -Lots of room to develop your own processes and guidelines for your staff and contractors to drive results -Yearly leadership gathering at headquarters in Philly, PA

Cons

-Minimal to no support/training/resources in leadership roles -Promotions & sales for customers on app are not announced before they go live (thus cannot schedule staff accordingly) -No burnout support, very easy to get oversaturated through literal 24/7 communication on computer & phone, hard to get in touch with own boss because they focus on too large of a region and are doing their own job sometimes 12 hours a day -Largely disorganized & company puts revenue and territory growth over investing in and strengthening existing territories
