      Pros

      Maternity leave was like 20 weeks. It was amazing. When I got there it was really chill

      Cons

      They kept changing policies overnight and not telling people. I’d do something the usual way then get told after the fact that the procedure had been changed. Eventually they moved the customer service department to the Philippines

      - New challenges every day - Got to demonstrate strong organizational skills by managing over 40 key accounts and making sure orders got to each in a timely manner - Young, hardworking culture - Relaxed work atmosphere

      Cons

      - Role was unstructured for a period of time - Processes were not optimal as we were still experimenting with new systems - Work overload happened often - Unfortunate layoff occurred in July 2022 where the company had to cut 1,300 employees including myself loose
