Poor upper management - shift leaders left to deal with over hiring and having to manage staff out the business based upon performance. Several were promised hours and had them taken away upon arrival into the business. Promised hours and overtime which was taken away week after week one for myself also. Poor staff moral, most were not vetted properly and most staff didn’t care at all. Cut hours aggressively leaving long term staff with too few hours to live. Staff discounts added to shopping profile and then taken away without warning. Charge for delivery to in store staff even though no delivery taken place Very little onboarding, staff left to fend for themselves. Randomly moved to other stores without warning or prior conversations. Rotas done with 2 days to plan the week ahead. Unsociable hours Grassing culture American style operations
