Gopuff has been great. I’m in the HR side of things so I have some good perks. fully remote, unlimited pto, discount on the app, and the work is never too much. If it does become too overwhelming your manager will work with you to get help. The managers have all been great. Also the people i work with are very nice. There’s room for growth, for instance they asked if anyone was interested in a lead position you could apply
Cons
With any startup, there’s always going to be kinks to work out, but they try very hard. One thing is the pay leveling. Some employees get paid higher than others. It’s not because of favoritism it’s purely because there’s not a normal range. But i think they’re working on this. Also they change things too much to keep track of
