      Loved the people that I was working with and the role I had.

      Cons

      There was a lot of conflicting guidance from leadership. Therefore making a lot of the work that we did repetitive or oftentimes pointless.

      High exposure to cross-functional work and careful autonomy in your role. Very flexible work-life balance and time off. Opportunity to learn about a high-growth startup environment

      Cons

      - Environmental sustainability is not a priority for this company. The amount of food waste created by poor supply chain management and emissions from deliveries here is appalling. - Company culture has disappeared over the years. What used to be a fun and exciting place to spend time with others is now quite corporate and average. - Management lacks respect for employees and driver-partners. Once upon a time, opportunities for career growth and exploration were welcome. Now, short-changing employees lower than Director/VP level is the norm, in day-to-day efforts and in hiring practices, regardless of experience.
