      Pros

      Work from home and decent discount for the trashy app. Peers were great.

      Cons

      I was poached from Amazon thinking this would be a revolutionary organization. In reality, frequent layoffs, top heavy with managers (no advancement), no solid direction, stop and go organization with very little foresight and creativity. They throw things at the wall like bakery and kitchens, hoping to somehow reduce opex. They'll never be profitable.

      A fast-paced work environment with the ability to increase responsibilities as new tasks come up.

      Cons

      Low work-life balance, in addition to management being extremely far removed from day-to-day operations. Room for growth is limited due to the company consistently highering from outside agencies/companies.
