      Extremely low pay (less than fast food restaurants) and extreme pay differences between people despite being hired at the same time, doing the same job, etc Backstabbing coworkers Promotions come with a new title and workload, but no additional pay

      Employee discount, cool office space, open floor concept. Great perk package, solid Healthcare benefits. Free employee stock options

      Cons

      Average req load 50+ & minimum 5 hires a day. Working weekends, expecting to be on standy by Saturday/Sunday and responsive to messages evenings and weekends. Salary of 48k Unlimited PTO but in actuality you only get 10 days, it's written in the handbook. HIGH leadership turnover, consistent team restructuring. No employee parking. Almost all growth opportunities are filled externally, not much room for growth or advancement.
