Fast moving company with rapid advancement opportunites

Pros

The work is not difficult. It only takes time and effort to succeed. Work environment is never overly stressful, light atmosphere. Advancement happens quickly if you are willing to relocate. Only a matter of 1-3 months at times for promotions. Young company with younger workers, great place to get a start and experience.

Cons

Growing pains, new company with ever changing systems and malfunctions from time to time. Having to work nights from time to time.

its really laid back, driving for them is really easy and simple nice people and you can do whatever in your free time.

Cons

no longer independent contractors but doesn't change anything important
