Been with the company for close to 3 years. Insane amount of growth. Many opportunities are given and earned. Great coworkers who wants to ensure the team wins together.

Cons

If your commitment ain’t there this isn’t for you. But if you show some commitment over time you will earn your time to shine.

Lots of opportunities to grow. Tons of new things to learn daily +there’s plenty of OT so it’s not a bad gig

Not much of a team, night and day are at odds

Pros

Hard working staff, flexible schedule, and fast paced! Quick promotions and great feedback from those higher up.

Cons

When receiving shipments, it can be a little stressful trying to find new space for new products, would be nice to get a heads up and more racks to fulfill the company's wishes to sell the items.
