Pros
goPuff offers an easy-going environment with fun and different people to work around. Hours are flexible as a driver, and the work is straightforward. As a startup company, there is a lot of opportunity to grow with the company long as you really prove yourself and work ethic. goPuff has fun values and therefore even has a fun customer base. Fast-paced and challenging work, but all for the efficiency of getting the order from warehouse to customer.
Cons
Communication really needs to be brought to the forefront company-wide, but we have definitely seen some improvement recently. As a driver, the hours are not guaranteed so this would be considered a side job for most. However, goPuff is really good about moving drivers who have earned it into more stable managerial positions.
