Great Place To Work At!

Pros

Easy, flexible and manageable hours. Consistent and great pay. Convenient with the outside of work life. Fantastic management that works together well. Has more smooth days than bumpy ones.

Cons

Can get busy and if there are not enough drivers, will be overwhelming.

Pros

Gopuff has treated me very well. Got the position as a driver to earn some extra income, and the team pulled me in. The moral and teamwork in the company is unparalleled. I was promoted quickly to operations manager and respected for my work ethic.

Cons

Worst situation is when the order volume exceeds expectations and the team isn’t ready for it. When that happens, everyone works together to handle the problem, and work it until there is a solution
