Great Place For Young Workers

Pros

If your young and looking for experience this company is a great place to start. The company expands often so there is plenty of room to grow. Still a small company though, the staff becomes allot like family, very inclusive environment.

Cons

It takes a while for them to the the ball rolling on certain things sometimes, warehouse wise. In that case you have to learn quickly how to improvise with what you have.

Pros

The family atmosphere is great, everybody in the company from upper management down to the smallest role wins together. "Making moves" allows one the opportunity to step up and take on new roles and responsibilities and learn new skills. "Changing the game" willingness to take opinions and concerns of current and new employees and use that feedback to modify policies and procedures to help staff be successful, they got your back.

Cons

Under staffed, this sometimes leaves to much pressure on current staff.

Everyone is like family. That's what sets goPuff apart from other companies. In less than a year I was promoted from driver to Ops Manager to now a General Manager. Hard work definitely does not go unnoticed! Great company to work for!!

Not enough team pizza parties!
