Pros

Innovative company trying that I think is very close to cracking "real-time delivery". Pay and benefits are good. I worked with a lot of smart people.

Cons

Not impressed with leadership. Important messaging from leaders felt like they were reading from a playbook, not making their own playbook. Initiatives come and go (mostly go), leading to unfocused work. Also, not a fan of the o-Ceo arrangement. A singular leadership voice would be better.

Pros

Obviously the flexibility of working from home is a huge plus but the biggest pro is the respect that is shown towards others from all staff. Even being behind a screen daily to interact with my co-workers I know I am valued and my opinions are heard. The opportunity for growth within the company is also amazing! I feel I have all the tools and more to succeed and grow to my absolute full potential.

Cons

I think some in office "fun" days for the staff near HQ's would be great! Get to know others in your area and get to know your coworkers face to face!
