      Pros

      There were many when I started in 2020, now there are literally none.

      Cons

      Nearly impossible to get a scheduled shift. They offer on demand driving, but no shift=very few orders and a long unpaid wait time Unhelpful driver support Very low wages Dangerous delivery zones. The company expanded the zones in my market, but this was clearly done remotely because they had us driving to a dangerous area that is nationally known for it’s high crime rate.

      Pros

      Growth opportunities exist within the company, as I started from the ground and moved up quickly. A majority of the people you will come in contact with are very cool and chill. I made a lot of potentially life long friends as a result of Gopuff. The pay I got for my work load felt fair.

      Cons

      Constant fears of being laid off. I was nailed in the third round of layoffs, which resulted in all of the Customer Service team being laid off, but prior to that I would constantly go to bed fearing in the morning I would have an e-mail from the company. Upper management felt very biased. I was given no opportunity to move elsewhere in the company prior to my layoff, despite my tenure and others with less experience being moved instead, saving their jobs.

      Easy work made you believe you could advance quickly if you worked hard

      Cons

      Locked 300+ out of the system in the middle of the shifts say we were have system issues and then got everyone in a zoom meeting and fired everyone with no explanation other then we are going in a different direction but kept the whole Phillipines support team no warning just a F you have a great day
