The work was fun and my coworkers were cool.

Cons

Safety is definitely not a priority. Supposedly multiple reports of trying to get the stairs fixed have gone unanswered. I got hurt on those stairs twice and was told if it happens again I would be let go. I got hurt because the stairs were not safe. The manager admitted they weren't safe and stated that reports to upper management went unanswered. The pay was ok, but could definitely be better, especially when working in unsafe conditions.

This company is the epitome of bro startup culture. One of the directors sexually harassed myself and three other women. When I reported this situation to HR, they didn't follow up with any support and wouldn't assure me that my report would remain anonymous. The work culture was a constant one-up on each other, and you always had to cover yourself. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
