Free dress, lax direct management, shift differential pay (in the beginning); gift card perks rewarded at random

Cons

Hired a bunch as temporary workers so no chance of benefits Fired a lot yet company did not think to replace so we were over worked Ended shift differential pay so we were making the same even up until close at 3am Inconsistent pay due to pay structure changing every week Clueless upper management (left in dark on numerous occasions regarding driver partner operations) Inefficient HR investigations
