- No upward mobility conversations. Talks about development to appease the audience on calls.
-Calls everyday, 7:30 pm calls get scheduled at 7 pm
- Business is ran on spreadsheets
- Not enough site level leadership leaving GM+ to figure out which sites needs the most help when they are all burning
-Mismanagement of COVID leaves with the same lofty expectations
- expected to delivery products in 30 mins but can not take care of employee/driver concerns. Multiple No responses to legitimate problems and questions (everyone is spread thin)
- spend too much money on stuff not needed.
- warehouses are old and breaking down, some with pests
- No accountability to management or corporate myself included. All accountability falls on hourly associates
- Trying to be amazon nothing close to it. Not the same model, not the same tech.
- Everything needs an action plan or a call, this takes so much time out of your day that you can’t actually fix problems and you’re stuck behind a computer
- Don’t care about customer experience but preach it.
- Recent reorg has a lot of people including myself stretched thin
- CEOs are not focused on the core of the business, they are focused on the growth. The culture they created has evaporated while they looked away.
- Pay issues are consistently happening, response time sucks when this happens and field ops gets the brunt of it even though we don’t control pay.
- People burnt out, upset or crying behind closed doors. While Sr. Leadership smile on zoom calls ready to grill you
