      Headphones are ok, busy, can lose weight working there

      Cons

      Tired a lot. Pay is not good. Very bad pay for Warehouse associates. They go through a lot for such small pay.

      steady job. Easy and fun work environment that allows me to finish my bachelors degree. Flexible hours.

      Cons

      Severe understaffing. People quit very quickly because we should get payed more, but the work is easy.

      -Unlimited PTO. -Great organization to develop in. -Good benefits. -Being part of 1 of the biggest growing companies and game changers.

      Cons

      -Too many hours, if not at the MFC, then on your computer or phone -Expected to work at other locations, and do out of job description tasks for no additional compensation -Nobody really know how bonuses are calculated, as we never receive a report or feedback once they're paid out (that's if they get paid out)
