The people who work in the plant are great. Hardworking and loyal.

Cons

I never felt so under-valued and disrespected by a manager in any job before working here. If only there was an option for zero stars.

Great benefits Great people around the company Lots of work in a busy department and a ton a hiring!

Cons

Department is mismanaged and time is focused on the wrong things as the company grows. Director is absent and difficult to reach and seems buried constantly. Lack of training within the department and a lot of turnover in recent years.

Great Owner, who invests in company, and values people. The Headquarters facility is cutting edge and a great place to work.

Cons

Too many management "projects" stretch employees thin and hinder progress. Company culture is revered, to a fault. Small work areas are crowded and noisy.
