Pros
The people are fantastic, the company puts a high value on integrity and doing the right thing and it shows in the people who stay here, the management team is great about communicating what's going on - good and bad - and what the plan is for the future, beautiful newly renovated buildings, lots of company sponsored social activities, the owner is very genuine and down to earth and you can tell he really cares about the people who work for him
Cons
Change takes a while, opportunities for advancement were few and far between (though this seems to have changed drastically over the past year), there's no work from home policy, still has a dress code for office people.
