If you are dedicated to your vocation, work hard and have respect for your fellow employees and supervisors they'll bend over backwards to make it a great experience for you. There's mutual respect there. I left the company 6 months ago and through some stroke of luck I was able to go back recently and couldn't be more happy or grateful.

Cons

There are people who aren't happy with their jobs at every company. Gordian is no different. But if you believe in the mission and goals of the company and dedicate yourself to that you can be very happy here. I know I am.

Everyone likes their job and are helpful. Family is important to the company. They ensure you have what you need to do your job.

Cons

I currently do not have any cons. I heard great things about the annual company meeting and it was canceled 2018 so I am saddened I will miss this experience
