Intelligent people, with great ideas The CEO is down to earth and brilliant (See my BUT below) Great office amenities

Cons

Ideas are dismissed not appreciated I use to be a person with ideas and creativity they appreciated but turned into just being an "employee" after several company acquisitions. Felt like the CEO was one of "us" and respected ideas until we got TO BIG for our britches Started forcing people into retirement or eliminating "roles" of some of the people that built the heart, passion and business to bring in overseas workers or younger people to pay less.

Greenville location is nice, as well as the free soda cafe

Cons

It is a good company, however lacking direction. Rather than catering to customers, has been too focused on the parent company which has limited experience as a data company. The limited customer list restricts commissions. Also saw a colleague let go with no notice, so not a good culture either. Didn't seem much different than other insurance companies in town, a pound-the -dial culture. Not for me or others, high turnover.
