Pros

Great compensation program including quarterly and annual bonuses Great benefits including 5% match of 401K Great team and supervisor Work remotely currently so flexible schedule

Cons

1. Current work is monotonous ...same thing everyday for the most part and never ever ends...I can never seem to catch up and its never seems to be enough. 2. Work remotely so not a lot of contact with coworkers or people in general 3. New employees required to get vaccine which is aweful in my opinion.

Pros

-401k and medical benefits are decent -remote work

Cons

Awful experience . It may of just been the team I was on but terrible through and through. Upper management only cares about the bottom dollar . Fortive buys these "Start up " companies expecting to see quick profits and YOY growth but in reality they just get rid of everyone and expect 1 person to do the work of 3 . There is no "team"and " family" atmosphere to this place . All these 5 star reviews are either paid for or forced by the company to post these "glowing" reviews on Glassdoor . This company is barely a 2 star rating if employees are being honest. Passive aggressive emails and poor training is the norm here ( expected to comprehend complex responsibilities after 1-2 sessions) . Turnover is extremely high and retaining talent is not something they care about. if they did people wouldn't be jumping ship and complaining about compensation. Processes for anything work related is unbearable with very specific metrics that probably didn't amount to anything besides wasted space on dashboards . if you want a job with no boundaries, respect or to be treated as a second class citizen go right ahead and work here. You can rush to do work to get deadlines done killing yourself 10 hours a day while on the flip side annual performance reviews /raises will be late by weeks by management without a care in the world . PTO is never really PTO since your work will just be all pushed back until you come back which leads to awful burnout and apathy. You won't be valued and you are replaceable. Even if you are the only person that knows "your job" they could care less . 100 percent jump ship if you have the opportunity to or look else where. The stress and anxiety is definitely not worth it .

Pros

Remote work and some benefits.

Cons

- poor business practices which are borderline illegal. - high turnover. - company takes reps compensation for closing big deals. - most reps are unhappy and looking elsewhere. - change comp plan mid year and apply it to previous deals closed to reduce amount paid. - do not pay on time. Always a month behind if you’re lucky. - poor leadership who tries to tip toe the “company line”. - all the top reps have left due to incompetence of leaders. - if you have questions about employee contract don’t expect a response for 2-3 months.
