Pros

Initially was a great place to work, flexible hours, decent pay, decent benefits and good people

Cons

Management shifted without warning. What was once OK was deemed to be unacceptable. Initially, a very lax environment that turned hostile quickly. Was never made aware that OT could be earned and had worked over 40 hours a week for months. Was finally given the OT but I hadn't been formally tracking so it was less than I deserved. Lots of gossip amongst departments and branches. My manager called other departments stupid and idiots and slammed branches when we're supposed to be a team. Unrealistic expectations from management. Expected work to be our life. Sales team giving all the benefits in the world. Leave whenever, huge trips, etc. while the rest received free Qdoba...

Thank you for taking time to offer your feedback. We are disappointed to hear your experience at GFC was not positive. We take pride in offering employees a reasonable amount of flexibility in their schedule. We encourage open and frequent communication between employees and supervisors so that expectations are communicated clearly.

Pros

I can't think of many- other than the fact that it's been a learning experience of what not to do in business.

Cons

Focusing on facts--Insurance has been adjusted to cover nothing lacking a huge annual deductable-therefore, not worth the effort. Sales have plummeted-resulting in loss of the only decent employees they had. The idea of catering to only the small upper percent of highest paying customers is destroying the only clients that kept them in business-the volume of smaller customers.I do hope the powers that be look deeper into this melange of the 'new direction' of business before it's too late-the individual driving this program is lacking-if it worked wouldn't every place be doing it?
