This company helped me develop a true career path and taught me from the ground up. I’m so appreciate of everything I have learned and how much they helped me grow as an individual and a professional.

Cons

I had to leave the company sadly in order to get a large increase in pay.

Pros

Great work / life balance, excellent culture but doesn't always make it down to the department level, descent pay with so many additional benefits you won't find elsewhere

Cons

Some departments are clicky and some people think and do run the department and they're not the manager
