Wages barely above minimum, minimal opportunity for significant raise. Managers often had different ideas of whats needs done, very disorganized and frustrating company at the corporate level. Often had entirely too much product to the point where it would not fit where it needed to be, or completely out of product.

As a sales associate you will be underpaid. I worked there for 7+ years and went almost 3 years without a raise. The managers will always show who their favorites are, and the district managers and positions higher will ignore you, or speak down to you when they finally do respond. They had cornerstone values that they wanted you to uphold, that they didn't uphold. Most of the management was passive-aggressive, even when discipline came from corporate it was passive aggressive. I received employee of the year twice in my seven year stint and was offered the chance to advance but they grossly underpay their "shift leader" position and refuse to budge.
