Pros
Good pay, but when you really start working ends up being divided by the eighty hours a week you're working. Suddenly you realise you're being paid twelve dollars an hour, with no life and barely any vacation.
Cons
The company grew too quickly and promotes internally for most senior positions. This has created a talent vacume within the organisation, with most roles being filled by people that are underqualified and unable to effectively handle their responsibilities. This is an issue throughout the company along with a complete lack of transparency and accountability to certain individuals. Internal adversarial behaviour amongst employees will be a major downfall for this organisation.
