      The management shares goals and gives training to attain the goals. They understand the principle that if people are treated well, they will respond positively.

      Cons

      Reasonable pay with some bonus potential, yet the bonus objectives are somewhat unattainable as they are based on sales projections derived from a conglomerate of all stores and not on area specific goals.

      Work/Life Balance, Benefits, Upper Management, time off, good company values.

      Cons

      HR. Affirmative action is a get out of jail free card for some individuals. 10+ years of seeing people slide, break rules, violate policies with no repercussions due to their diverse box checking qualities.

      Pros

      The stores are immaculately clean and the job expectations are super straight forward. My manager was incredibly nice and I absolutely loved the freedom and solitude the job provided. A great job for shy people who are super strong and love stacking boxes.

      Cons

      The pay is not amazing and occasionally you can wind up with 15 hour shifts if someone doesn't show up on short notice.
