      None, I really don't have anything nice to say about the Company other than I had some good co-workers and HR was very nice and professional.

      Insurance and 401k. Other than that, nothing really

      Cons

      Near-minimum wage salary at a max of 28 hours a week. There is no way someone can manage off of that. This is due to the new healthcare plans and other problems where if they schedule you more than 28, they have to give that person health insurance and benefits. Even though this company provides this, it just shows how greedy they are when it comes to money. Besides, the health insurance they provide is extremely minor anuway . Besides the hours, the work is terrible. If you ask for a break, you get it 2 hours later . management never gives you raises either.

      Pros

      It's a great job for young adults and college students (hours pick up during summer months and school breaks) so you can work there when you are home for school and they always hold your job for you.

      Cons

      No benefits for sales associates, very few promotion opportunities, little recognition and little pay for a lot of physical labor.
